  • Provide leadership and guidance regarding all human resources matters, including policy development, performance management,  staffing, staff planning and management, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
  • Manage all human resources matters, including performance management, staffing, staff planning and management, employee  relations, benefits, and compensation.
  • Works with organizational leaders to facilitate all hiring, ensures compliance with all company guidelines as they related to Human  Resources, ensures that staff receive the required professional development and mentoring that they require.
  • Ensure compliance with labor relations matters and labor union employment contracts.
  • Remain current with legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources; ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant.
