Ms. Nichola Hall President of Hall Consulting Services provides leadership and guidance regarding all human resources matters including; policy development, risk management, training, performance management, staffing, staff planning and management, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. With more than 15 years of experience, Ms. Hall specializes in providing human resource and management in government, education, restaurants and hospitality industries. Her experience includes managing over 80 accounts and 600 employees personnel files for a single client. Ms. Hall received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management, a Master of Business Degree in Human Resources and is completing a Doctorate Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership.
